I was tasked to create an animation to demonstrate who Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind are and how they can offer help and support. The video sits on the front page and is the centerpiece of their newly redesigned website. (Nov. 2017).

I learnt a lot about the different forms Mental Health can take and how it can affect someone from the research I undertook for the project.

To create a video that will help someone make the choice and decide to contact Mind is an amazing opportunity and feeling to have. It makes me feel like I've made a positive difference to someone, somewhere.

Volunteering to create this animation for Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind is an experience I will always remember.
